Word v.s. word insurance claim no witness or camera

I was stop at a red light and when light turn green proceed forward and I was hit on the passenger side fender.

She told the officer that I had passed the red light.

The officer did not make a police report and the insurance company denyied my claim due to word vs word.

Hello Nino,

You need to get in contact with your insurance company. They will have to do an investigation and determine who is at fault. If they determine who is at fault, then both insurance companies will have to go to arbitration and a neutral arbitrator will have to decide.
