Whose at fault?

I was giving off the freeway and was in second lane and i saw a McDonalds about fifteen ahead of me. I looked behind really fast then put my blinker on a lane changed and turned into the parking lot at the same time.

My front wheels were on the sidewalk before the parking lot then i felt a tap from the back right side were i was hit from another car. The person hit along my right back tire. Whose at fault?

Well, it’s hard without more information. Where you almost in a parking stall. It looks like you are moving because of the damage (lines), and that the damage was more towards the back. The either party saw each other?

Again, it’s difficult but the vehicle that hit you on the back or towards the back wheel will be likely more at fault thank you.
