Title loan on Savage title, in auto accident insurance already gave me car rental what can I expect next!

Rear ended, other vehicle accepted responsibility for accident a car rental was approved, but the adjuster claims my car totaled. I have a car title loan on it so no title, and its a salvage title. What can I expect. Does the insurance pay off my loan, should I call and negotiate with loan place or let insurance handle it. AND can I even expect to get anything?

I am also seeing a chiropractor for injuries sustained, I have no lawyer at this time. and my neighbors kid was with me, she is ok, can she expect anything.

Well, you can only expect to be compensated for the actual cash value of the vehicle, which with a salvage title is low. They will pay the lien holder first, and if there is money left, then you receive the excess.

If the actual cash value of the vehicle is less than what you owe on the title loan, then they will make partial payment and you will still be responsible for the rest.
