Stolen truck claim | Do I need an attorney?

It has been 4 months since my truck was stolen and my claim hasn't been settled. I was told today that in another week they will call to set up a meeting with their lawyers! I asked do I need a lawyer? they said no.

I have given multiple cell phone bills that they asked for 3 in total. They haven't given me any clue as to when they will settle my claim. I m thinking maybe i need an attorney?

Hello Damian,

You absolutely need a lawyer! Don't sign anything until an attorney review it (your attorney). Don't give any recorded statement unless you have your lawyer with you.

The question is simple… why do they need a lawyer and you do not? You need representation.
