snow accident
Does this fall under comprehensive insurance?
Answer:
It depends on the kind of snow accident.
If the accident was due to an avalanche of snow that caused damage to paint and/or any part of the vehicle, then it could qualify as a comprehensive claim.
If the accident was due to someone driving, losing control due to snowy conditions, and hitting something, then the accident was a collision – Driver collided with object. Usually, this type of claim will also be tagged as at 100% on the driver for driving too fast for conditions.
