Should I settle out of court?

I was in an auto accident it was my fault. I had no insurance or a license the other person's insurance company gave me 20 days to pay for the damages.

Should make a payment plan with them or should I wait and settle out of court?

Well, you will not go to "court" unless they actually sue you (serve you documents and you have to answer in a court of law). This very rarely happens (that an insurance company will sue for damages like this).

You can negotiate with them and come to a better terms and payment options.

The decision is up to you.
