Progressive direct took liability, repairs were not done, what can I do?

Progressive direct policy holder hit my car. They claimed liability. took it too Ford their suggestion, got a rent car, received a voicemail leaving a nasty message called me liar, they were not fixing this damage, just aligning the car.

I went and took my car out, I was not accepting that. My car was damaged back rear passenger side. I will not be yelled at or called a liar. my car broke down that day leaving there, I had it towed, placed in a shop. They are liable.

What should I do. there is a witness. Their policy holder did not want me too turn it in.

Well, you are better off talking to your own insurance company about this. If you have the coverage, they will pay for your full repairs and then figure it out with the other insurance company.

If not, then you will have to defend yourself, or you will have to go to court to get the matter handled properly. It is a long tedious process but that is an option.

The question is why are they calling you a liar. You could talk to a local attorney and see if you can change the insurance company point of view on that.
