My rights for recovered stolen vehicle

my truck was stolen while i was out of town and i purchased another one. 3 weeks later it has been recovered and the insurance co says nothing is wrong with it.

I have gap insurance and im wondering if i have to accept the truck back now? can I refuse it?

Well, has the insurance company settle the total loss? or are negotiations still happening. If the claim is settled, then its over.

If the claim is still pending, then you may have have to do a little foot work to deny acepting the claim back.
