Just wondering how this claim will go

I was stopped behind a company truck and all of a sudden I was hit in the rear end and pushed into the truck and he ran off... well the guy driving the company truck has no driver license.. so how would this go...

Well, unfortunately you will have to file a claim with your own insurance company. The driver in front of you (the truck) is probably not liable to you (they were stopped).

Your insurance company will have to conduct an investigation about fault and see if they can find the responsible party. If they cannot find the responsible party, then your collision coverage will have to cover you. If you have uninsured property damage coverage will also protect you (if you carry that).
