I was in a serious accident - flipped the car- due to poor steering (busharms?)

He has taken money from me that I gave to him because he got mad at me. The state trooper was livid that he would loan me a car.

It has been 5 months and although I didn't go to the hospital right off I am in pain. Can i sue for pain and ptsd?

Well, I am not sure you can sue for PTSD. If you were injured, and you still have pain, you could go to the doctor. You will need medical documentation for that. It sounds like they loaned you a vehicle that should not be on the road.

You lose nothing by making the claim. You will need some sort of documentation of your injury, even if it is PTSD.
