Icy Conditions | Carrier Not Accepting Fault

I was involved in an accident during Icy weather. We were in parking lot. My car got skid and came to the stopping point. After couple of minutes, another car came in and hit my car.

I filed a claim with insurance company and they denied it saying the car B driving didn't do anything different then what we did and if their car got skid and hit my car then it’s not their fault and they will not pay for it... What do I do?

Contact your own insurance company and have them do an investigation. They are likely at fault.
