I want to know if someone get hit in the side whos in fault

Today I was at the light my light was Green. But the other person did stop at the Red light So I seen him coming thought the red light so i hit on brakes and the other guy came thought and I could not stop quick and i hit him in the side but my light was green and his was red.

We are sorry to hear about your accident. We hope your are okay. If you have show that you had a green light and the other driver had a red, then the other driver will be at fault (at least the majority). You have to show that you tried to avoid the accident and there was nothing you could have done to avoid the collision. Hopefully there is a police report or some independent witness that saw the collision. Usually, drivers will dispute who had the light.
