Hit and run | How to handle the claim after impact?

This morning at 2:45 am I was hit from behind while sitting at the red light at the intersection of Hurricane Shoals Rd and Buford Dr. The guy who hit me was drunk and fled the scene.

The police were on the scene within one minute of impact but were not able to catch this guy.

Is there anything else I can do?

Well, as far as catching this guy, other than putting more pressure on the policy department, no.
