CORRUPT INSURANCE CARRIERS.

EXAMPLES OF GAINCO'S and PROGRESSIVE'S STRATEGIES TO DENTY LEGITIMATE CLAIMS. THIS A FOLLOW-UP OF MY OWN EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH PREDATORY INSURERS.

1: "Lack of cooperation" because I "refused" to send the current year's income-tax return while the calendar year was not over yet, and nine months before its due date (04/15 of the following year.

2: "Failure" to submit a tax return of an INEXISTENT CORPORATION. Also while the calendar year was not over yet.

3: Hiring jerk attornes to block any communbication between Claimant and Adjusrter as well as between Insured and Insurer.

4: Use of traffic of insluences by jerk attorneys in the FDFS during (D) CFO Alex Sink's Administration to "mysteriously" disappear public-record documents from Files.

5: Black mailing claimant by attempting to destroy his immaculate good name and clean professional image before Society.

6: Using their unscrupuilous attorneys to extort Claimant by baselessy accusing him of differnt acts of felony (punishable with prison). The message was clar: "Cease and desist or risk the public exposition of criminal allegations against you".

7: Using political influencesa to get away with FRAUD, EXTORTION, BLACKMAIL, LIBEL, SLANDER, AND FLAGRANT VIOLATIONS OF THE CODE OF ETHICS.

8: Illegally sharing privileged information to other insurers with serious conflicts of interest. This is CONSPIRACY.

9: Assisting another insurer with conflicts of interest to allegue INEXISTENT PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS.

10: Making their own DIAGNOSIS and PROGNOSIS of inexistent pre-existing conditions while failing to substantiate them with scientific opinions by a qualified MDs, or with an authentic CLINICAl HISTORY.

11: CO-CONSPIRING with another carrier with extremely serious CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.

12: Attempting by all means to make claimant cease and desist under inflicted mental torture, under duress, and in exhaustion, frustration,and panic.

13: Ordering their jerk attorneys to use dilatory tactics to later allegue expiration of Statutes of Limitations.

14: Have their adjusters engage in Unlicensed Practice of Law and hide behind the influence execrcised by their jerk attorneys in the corrupt Bar Association. (Being the Bar a branch of the Supreme Court, its duty is to investigagte legitimate complaints and so serve JUSTICE instead of covering up the back of their black sheep). This is OFFICIAL PREVARICATION.

15: Twisting, concealment, tainting of written evidences, and falsely accusing a decent judge of "misconduct... in her own volition", so jeopardizing her good standing in the Justice System. THIS IS BLACK MAIL AND ATTEMPTED EXTORTION TO THE JUDGE.

Gainsco is a company the prays on aliens by taking their premium money but not paying their claims. The deny coverage because they can not contact their customer. What kind of crap is that! They just don't want to pay the claim. Avoid them at all cost unless you want to be ripped off and frustrated. At every opportunity report them to your state Insurance Commissioneer and file complaints. They should not be allowed to continue in business. They know that most will not take legal action against them because they do not have the money and the legal cost are usually greater than the claim. RUN FROM GAINSCO AND FIND A REPUTABLE INSURANCE COMPANY.

Ignored hail claim victim

I am a hail victim in South Carolina that has a claim pending review of a supplement. The body shop and I have tried for several days to contact them and have not received a call back yet. Is this the way they treat their VALUED customer? WOW!!!!

Gainsco - Bad Service + Free Debt Collection

I used this company (Gainsco) through an insurance agency near San Marcos.

For over a year I paid their premiums. One month, I am late for less than 12 days, they cancelled my premium and told me they can't take my payment (less than $60 mind you) because I am no longer a customer.

Furthermore they sent me to a debt collections agency for $30 that i supposedly owe them? For WHAT? I called in to make my original payment and now you want to collect on $30 that I don't know how I owe.

Where and in what business do you refuse to offer service like this? It was already bad enough that they don't take any payment whatsoever online, but you have to call in and make a payment every time. They didn't even try to win me back, or keep me as a customer. They simply didn't care. I wonder if I had gotten into a car accident and how it would've been handled. Lame, ridiculous and bad customer service.

As a former employee I can assure you its all about the bottom line with this company and they are abusive to their employees. Their turnover is one of the worst in the industry.
