Fred Loya liers & theives

Since the death of my brother in May 08 we canceled the insurance for his vehicle. Fred Loya stated that they could not cancel without the death certificate, and continued to withdraw monthly from my mothers bank account, until the death certificate arrived.

They stated to us that they would refund all the money from the first time we attempted to cancel. Once we received the death certificate in Oct 08. we took it to Fred Loya and they stated that they could not refund the money taken from the bank account prior to bringing in the certificate.

With much struggle they agreed to pay back less then half owed- we just received a check in the name of the deceased!!!! (which can not be cashed) Please do not support Fred Loya This has been the most horrible experience in my entire life.
