Esurance Poor service!

Only had my policy for 30 days and hit a deer. Car was not driveable and had to be towed. After 3 weeks I had to go to tow company get copy of tow bill that they said they were able to obtain (in order to show proof of date of loss). The day I filed claim told them that I had cell phone pictures of vechile on side of road and deer in ditch. Now 4 weeks later they are asking for pictures and copy of cell phone billing statements from 3 weeks prior to accident to the date the claim was filed.

I read my entire policy on line and see no where that there is any type of contestable or waiting period. Asked if there was to be provided with this information in writing and have not received yet.
