Drivers door needs to be replaced

I was a accident in 2010 where a school bus smacked my drivers door. Direct Insurance wouldn't pay for any damages, including my back injured, but they did pay for the minor injuries that the bus driver and her assistant claim they had.

I have no job no unemployment and I live with my parents. I need help and I don't know what to do. I feel Direct should have pay for the damage done to my door. I am afraid of getting in trouble.

Why would you be in trouble? You did not cause the accident. Or do you believe you were at fault?

Looks like you were injured. So you do want to talk to your insurance company (maybe the insurance carrier of your parents to cover this accident?).
