Dealing with insurance company when you do not have an insurance
if involved in a auto accident and you have no insurance but the other party has insurance what is the process?
if you have tried to work out payment arrangements but the other party refuses and wants to go through the insurance what is the process? no police were called at the time of the accident.
Answer:
If you have no insurance, you are essentially "insuring" yourself. The process is the same, instead of having your adjuster protect you, you have to protect yourself. You can do that by hiring a lawyer and/or by attempting to settle yourself.
You have to agree on fault. Please see: http://www.auto-insurance-claim-advice.com/Fault-for-the-Accident.html
And you have to agree on damages and payments, pleases see: http://www.auto-insurance-claim-advice.com/Accident-Damages.html
If you can’t agree, they may take you to court where you could still come to an agreement.
