Cut off and crashed on motorcycle and injured

I was riding my motorcycle on the freeway when a car pulls into my lane almost side swiping me. I swerved and slammed my brakes eventually I lost control and crashed.

The car never hit me but caused me to crash. I'm not badly injured but my bike is a little banged up. Should I even bother filing a claim.

Well, yeah. If you need medical care, there may be coverage for your medical bills and maybe wage loss if any. You do want to file and see if at least this is covered. Also, there maybe repairs for your vehicle.

Consider filing a claim. The worse than can happen is that they deny the claim. You lose nothing by not filing.
