Car wreak help - Who is at fault here?

I was driving home and was at an intersection. I had a yield sign going into the lane. A car stopped at the stop sign and passed me. Another car rolled through and sped up right behind him as I was turning.

Who is at fault me who had the yield sign merging into the lane or the car that hit collided with me that crossed through the intersection that had the stop sign?

We are having a really hard time picturing the scenario you are explaining. A car stopped by the passed you? So that vehicle was moving?

At any rate, both drivers have duties and responsibilities. Both drivers had a duty to look out and there is a possibility both drivers be at fault.
