Car taken to salvave auto auction without my consent

I had a wreck involved no one else my 1994 jeep was covered by collision I had full coverage they said it was a total loss it only has a flat tire minor body damage and a broken side mirror and tail light.

I told the insurance guy no I want to keep it and we were negotiating a settlement when without my permission the auction place went to the bodyshop and took my jeep they told the owner of the shop they had a release and paid him for his bill ..

I never released it to anyone.
