Can I demand the other insurance company to fix my car?

I just bought this used truck a week before the accident.

It wasn't even register yet before a car park on a hill roll into it.

I don't want the money I want it to be fix. Can I demand the insurance company to fix it?

You can ask the insurance company to pay the bodyshop directly when all the related repairs are done.

Insurance companies usually like this better because it also protects the lien holder as the car is being repaired.
