Battery fell on fan and torques the engine am I covered?

The battery fell off into the fan and torques the engine stopping the car and running the engine I now need to replace the engine.

Will this be approved by adjuster?

Answer:

How did the battery "fall"? That is unlikely without some sort of mechanical failure. The adjuster will do an investigation and then decide.

This is one of those that require a lot more information.
