Accident that was not my fault

My van flipped over

I did not have insurance at the time of my accident but the woman that hit me was at fault to the point she pushed me into the ditch and my van flipped with me and my boyfriend and my three kids were in,,,

She has insurance can i sue for anything like pain and suffering??
