17K worth of medical bills, how much should should my Bodily Injury settlement be?

I was rear-ended back in December, and after 4 months and over 60 doctors visits, I finally received a settlement offer from the man that hit me insurance company.

My total medical bills are almost 17K dollars and the insurance offered me 3K for my bodily injury claim. They would also pay my medical bills.

Am I entitled to more than $3,000 because my medical bills are more than 5 times that?

WOW. You need an attorney. Really. 60 visits are a lot. The only thing is that 4 months of treatment is not that much (and the 17K could be high diagnostic and not treatment). At any rate, talk to an attorney. They can also help you figure out how much you should get!
